Weight Loss Principles of Success

1) Weigh yourself every 4 to 7 days
2) Remove all danger foods from the home
3) Plan your meals
4) Drink a large glass of water prior to each meal ( not beer or wine!)
5) Eat your meals slowly
6) Always leave some food(learn to waste)
7) Be consistent
8) Avoid the Kitchen
