This recipe is a great for breakfast or as a delicious post-exercise meal. Enjoy!
Banana Nutella Fat-burning Milkshake
Ingredients:
• 2 scoops of Protein Powder
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
• ½ cup of plain yogurt
• 1 tbsp Nutella
• 1 frozen banana
• ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
• stevia (to taste)
• 5 ice cubes
Directions: Put all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
Now that's what I call pure goodness!
